Majesty - GSM

Our 2018 Majesty red blend is a beautiful composition of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre. The wine features aromas of red currant , raspberry, blueberry and a hint of white pepper spice. This vintage enjoys a delicate balance of fruit and oak. The finish includes velvety firm tannins that ensure the wine can been enjoyed immediately or cellared for years to come. 

This wine pairs well with the following selections: 

  • Ribeye or filet mignon steaks

  • Prime rib

  • Venison

  • Pork roast

  • Cheeses including manchego, cheddar, smoked gouda, pecorino and asiago


Grenache of Rosé

We created our 2018 rosé in the tradition of the Dry Rosés produced in the iconic regions of southern France. With the inviting scents of guava, cantaloupe, and watermelon, our Rosé displays a bright ruby color and a balanced crispness.


This wine pairs well with the following selections:

  • Chicken 

  • Lamb

  • Light cheeses and charcuterie boards

  • Salmon

  • Feta, spinach, mint and quinoa tartelettes

Grenache Blanc

Our 2017 Grenache Blanc presents hints of citrus, honey-suckle and green plum. It creates an aromatic balance between dry, light-bodied crispness and crowd-pleasing fruitfulness.


This wine pairs well with the following selections:

  • Chicken satay

  • Shrimp tempura

  • Garlic chicken

  • Braised short rib

  • Spicy fish dishes

  • Vegetables including zucchini, sweet onion, potato, cauliflower, yellow tomato and edemame. 


Willow Creek Red Cuveé

Our 2018 Willow Creek Red Cuveé is sourced from the famed Willow Creek District and composed of Grenache and Syrah. The Grenache provides a framework for bright strawberry and raspberry flavors that pairs exceptionally well with Syrah's darker traits characterized by blueberry, spice and licorice.


This wine pairs well with the following selections: 

  • Grilled or barbecued red meats

  • Roasted chicken

  • Mushroom-based dishes

  • Dishes that include herbs like rosemary, sage and red pepper.
